1994 Honda Accord clicking behind glovebox...& & &
You guys I'm having seriously Ridiculous things going on here! I'm about to pull my hair out.
The latest most pressing issue would be that all of a sudden There is a relay over behind the glove box that is continuously clicking. After arriving at the grocery store tonight, realizing I left my window down too far I turned my key back on The window seemed to roll up much slower than usual, When I came out I unlocked my door & pressed button to unlock all doors, It sounded as though it did however it did not unlock but one door. Get in the car ready to head home as I turn the switch on, the dash lights are noticeably dimmer & starting the car was rather sluggish but it started after a few seconds longer than normal. Later on I hop back in to go pick up my other son & I thought it was not going to crank for a minute & headlights are noticeably dimmer & Constant clicking under the hood toward the windshield of the passenger side. However the clicking stops when I turn the air conditioner on.Constant clicking under the hood toward the windshield of the passenger side. The dash panel lights are noticeably dimmer and the windows roll up excessively slower now. I don't know what in the crap is going on here but it's like i'm losing all power.
Three days ago I began to smell rotten eggs while driving down the road. I don't know if that has anything to do with it or not but still. About a week ago I got in &my brake pedal was going down way too far. I checked the fluid level & it was almost empty &I refilled it,however it did not help my brake pedal. Just a few moments ago I turned off the AC & when I did, the cassette player on my factory stereo ejected the cassette tape converter that I use to be able to listen to music stored on my phone through the car speakers.
Yesterday I had to replace a blown fuse under the hood for the radio and cigarette lighter to be able to charge my phone through the cigarette lighter Which is barely charging my phone enough to type this out.I am about to freak out as all of this seems to be happening at once!
Please can anyone here help me to figure out what is happening with my 1994 Honda Accord? Please I will be eternally grateful as I am a recent widow & have no other option besides fixing it myself. Thanks everyone

I edited your post to make it easier to read. Looks like you have 4 issues. Issues 1 and 2 are critical.
1. Dimming lights and relays clicking points towards a loss of power. This can be from a bad battery, bad alternator, corroded connections on the battery cables, loose belt, or possibly the crank pulley separating and not driving the alternator. If you have to do this yourself, do you have a volt meter?
2. Brake fluid being very low means you have a leak somewhere. Once your level gets below the reservoir, you have air in your brake lines and have to bleed the lines. We can walk you through the procedure. Ultimately you need to find and repair the leak. Do you have any spots where you park that have an oil stain?
3. Rotten egg smell is typical of a bad catalytic converter. Not sure if the smell is because you are losing power and the engine may be running poorly.
4. For the blown fuse, what did you do with the radio or cigarette lighter right before the fuse blew? Or is the fuse always blowing?

Ok here goes. Yes I do have a voltmeter. As for the brakes, over a few days a bit acting this way I had gotten kind of used to it, however I got in here last night and started up the driveway & presses the brakes & almost got whiplash... I don't know what to even say about that and right at the moment they're still doing fine.
The radio cigarette lighter thing, i've noticed that my phone does not charge well at all in the car, in fact 30 minutes of charging raises my battery level about 2%. So looking in the socket I noticed that it was pretty rusty so I got a piece of emery cloth I tried to spruce it up a little bit however I could not get to the very bottom of it so are use my miniature screwdriver to move it around with. I didn't think anything of it until later that night when I noticed the radio not working nor the Green light on my charger adapter that was plugged into the cigarette lighter. Upon investigation I discovered the cigarette lighter and radio fuse under the hood was blown. I had no replacement fuses at the moment so I remove the one from the hazard lights and put it in for the radio cigarette lighter and went on about my business until I got home and then I put a fuse back in the hazard light slot. 💁🏼♀️
Later I begin to notice my lights were dimmer at the speed in tachometers which brought my attention to the headlights and they too were not as bright.
I noticed the clicking as I parked the car and turned off the radio and the air conditioner. I immediately turned the air conditioner back on and it stopped. I tried a couple times and had the same result. as long as I am on the highway giving it gas it does not do that.
my battery is not dead however it is noticeably different when I go to crank my car. So much so that I feel like it is not going to crank at all just before it fires up. The windows go up very slowly. I poured some Mountain Dew over the battery connectors because that's all I had, they didn't look too crowded but still the carbonated water did fizz.

Remove the fuse that originally blew for the radio. Let us know if the power loss goes away.
Set your volt meter to 20V DC. Measure the voltage across the battery terminals with the engine not running. Let us know the voltage.
Start your car. Measure the voltage across the battery terminals like you did before and post the voltage.
