well i fixed the lights. How? you might ask I have no idea.

So i got a test light and the green was not getting power. So i went to the large connection that connected all of the rear lights. upper left corner of the trunk. It took me 20 min. to disconnect the thing, pretty much dripping and prying at it, breaking pieces of plastic off. tried to use the light check and nothing lit up.

Plugged the connection back in.

And the brakes like all worked again.

So i know one thing for sure, the issue was at that connection.

My guess is a wire was loose or something when i reconnected it, the loose wire reconnected.

I want to thank those who took the time to help me. i'm sure this saved me a few hundred bucks.
