Just me but I read this as a bad battery....pull it and take it somewhere to be tested. Please.........

 

i did pull it and had it tested. battery is bad. was going to buy one but i didn't have debit card with me and didnt realize it. my wife had it. duh. lol. will get new battery tomorrow and install it and see. thanks for help. if this doesn't do it i guess i will have to have it towed to the dealer to have checked out. don't know what else to do.

 

I wouldn't go the dealer path just yet. Again there could be more than one issue.

well i had a rental vehicle for the last week so my wife could get to work so she wouldn't get fired. i had to get it fixed soon. i had it towed to dealer and that was probably the best thing i have done with it. i walked out with a brand new 2012 civic with 19 miles on it with no money out of pocket. didnt have to pay for accord to be fixed and payments are going to be 70 dollars less than accord was. no payment until october. plus my wife lost a key for the rental car and that was 200 dollars and dealer paid for that. plus everything under warranty. won't have to work on this one. I think i came out pretty good. thank you all for helping me.

Did the dealership say what was wrong with the car?

 

Are you having an issue related to the VSA? Not all issues are the same. Describe the issue you may be having and whether any diagnostic trouble code(s) have been read.
