Sounds like you have a water leak causing corrosion somewhere. I would inspect the fuse box and maybe the back side also. You seem to have too many electrical problems that are unrelated other than at the fuse box. I did the used cars at a dealership and many were cars that people traded in because they had unresolved problem. We took a simple approach which was to fix the known problems which were related in anyway. We had one car we never figured out. What we found was either correcting the known problems fixed the issue or we were able to identify what have failed from this. The one car we never could fix was a V6 Volvo with a running problem.
