99 Accord no start no turn over

Update....the problem is the starter.12 volts is getting to it on big and small wire.Then i remembered the old tap on starter with hammer trick and tried it and it starts every time now.LOL I feel stupid.Guess ill start saving for a starter.thanks for yalls help.
