Confirmed Fix - 94 Windows and Door locks not working?
#24
Hang on, we are missing each other somewhere.
Lets stay with the windows for now.
Using a testlight - one lead to the black wire, the other to a power source and the light comes on = ground wire is good.....not that you have power on the black wire.
To test for power at the switch. One end of the test light to ground - unpainted body part, black wire or run a "jumper" wire from the ground post on the battery.
Don't laugh at the "paint drawing" - my "paint" skills suck but I hope they will explain what I'm trying to say. This is a drawing of the wire side of the 14 pin connector and I hope you can follow the "numbers" - hold the connector so the "hump/lock" is at the top as the pic tries to show. The numbers start at the top left - go to the right - then pick back up at the bottom left and go to the right.....again you are looking at the "female" side of the connector.
Turn the key to "on"/pos II. Again one lead of the light to a ground point. Touch the other end of the test light to pin numbers 7, 12, 13 and 14 - Does the light - "light up"?
PS - #9 should be the BLK wire - ground.
EDIT: Hope you can "fill in" the numbers...again my paint skills suck so I only numbered the one I thought I could.

If you have your test light properly grounded and getting 12v at the black wire, that is your problem area. The black wire should go to a ground. You can not get 12v off a ground wire. That black wire is the ground for your entire window system.

There are actually several ground locations (i.e., G401, G402, G403, and G404) and ground wires that are part of the power door lock and power window circuits. However, from the description, it sounds like the problem is at the black wire (ground) coming from ground location G401 which eventually leads to the Master Power Window Switch and the Power Door Lock Control Unit. The issue may be located at or near the C417 connector located in the driver's door jamb. Check the black ground wire going through that part of the driver's door, door jamb, C417 connector, etc.
Various circuits used the common G401 ground; however, since you didn't mention problems with other circuits other than the power windows and power locks, I would guess it would be near the C417 connector leading to the Master Power Window Switch and Power Door Lock Control Unit.

That was the problem! At the door jamb when i unplugged the connection the black ground wire fell out of the plug. It want getting connection so i simply recrimped the wire back in the plug and no everything works great! Thank you everyone that helped me solve this issue!
