Default Head Cracked

So here is the deal...

After at least 5 attempts to resolve my oil leaking issue, I dont know what else to do. I have a 96 accord lx. Oil seems to seep into where my spark plugs are, but it only afftects two of the four. i have changed valve cover gaskets and o rings (several times) and have even replaced the valve cover. I am convinced that something maybe warped or cracked, but how do I know what to look for to rule out those two things

any help is appreciated

So you changed the valve cover gasket and the upper seals.

Did you remove the rocker assembly and replace the lower seals? They are #19 in the picture below.

The only thing I have changed is the valve cover gasket and the O rings. If the rocker arm you are talking about reqires me to take off more than just the valve cover, then I know I didn't hav. e those rings done

There are another set of seals. There is a writeup in the DIY about oil in spark plug tubes.

Google wYU8qtPzQOY

The first hit is an excellent video on how to replace the lower seals.

Good luck.

So, after much research, the cluprit is a crack in the tube where the spark plug sits. after my mechanic and I took the cover off and really looked at it, the crack explains my problem. SO, I have decided to replace the entire engine. Why you may ask?? Well, with over 300,000 miles on it, I decided it maybe more beneficial to replace the engine as opposed to just the head. I want to thank you for all your help in this matter. I am learning more and more about my car everyday..thanks!!
