Default No AC, Loose Wire

I just changed the radiator and thermostat on our 1998 Accord. All went well except the Air Conditioner does not work. Blows but not cold.

I inspected my work and discovered that there seem to be a couple of wiring voids.

the first is this single wire coming off the AC compressor. Where does it go?

The other is this plug on the drivers side of the radiator cooling fan. I do not remember unplugging anything when i removed the old radiator. Does something go here. Or is that the way it is supposed to be?

Any information or opinions are welcome thanks.

In case it matters, 1998 Accord, 2.3l 4cld, auto trans, AM/FM cassette.

If the second picture only has one wire going to the top, then the wire in the first picture should be able to be pushed back into the bottom plastic connector. Unplug before reinstalling the wire to the bottom connector.

That did it, It did not make sense to me that a single wire would plug into that large wiring plug.
Thanks.
