Which ECM fuse did you pull, the one under the hood or under the dash? That way I can see which wire that is.
I pulled the one under the hood

Examine closely the wiring harness and connector terminals for ECM connector C459 (connector B). Also, look closely at the Blu/Red wire coming from pin 5 to see if there is some damage on the wire somewhere that may have bare wire touching another wire.

Looking at the circuit diagram, I can't think of anything else from all the things we went through in this thread that may be causing the issue.
