If you don't have 12V on wire to MFR 7 (Wht/Grn), something is wrong. This should always be hot. Be sure you have pin no's correctly. Fuse (15A) for ECM in under hood fuse box should be checked.
Only jumper should be pin 5 (red/wht power from ign fuse 2 in under dash fuse box) to Pin 4 (Blk/Yel fuel pump). This will cause fuel pump to run as long as keyswitch is ON.
