If it is the switch (sensor) thats messed up, how do I change it with my other one? Theyre hooked up to a million things

It wasn't clear from your last two posts, but you should short the wire harness side of the temp. sensor and not the sensor itself.

I just warmed it up and found out that the lower rad hose stays cool.. while the top get hot. Does that mean it could be the tstat?

If T'stat is stuck open, the coolant temp may never reach temp for the thermoswitch A to close (195F I think), so fans never run. In cool weather, thermoswitch A may not close unless you run the car at speed and bring to a halt w/ engine idling.

An infrared gauge or OBD2 monitor to know the coolant temp is helpful.

good luck

I just switched the switch above the tstat housing.... Fans come on now. Thanks to all of you for the help.

1 last problem. I disconnected a little hose thats clipped on top of the lower radiator hose... From the looks of it, both ends... Where dpes that go?

If the radiator is clogged, it could cause the lower hose to stay cool while the upper one gets hot. The reason is the flow rate is small so what little flow goes thru the radiator will have plenty of time to get cool.
