A code 15 plus a positive test for an igniter problem using the test light would lead me to believe that you should replace the igniter.

Where is the crank angle sensor cracked? If it was the problem, then you should have gotten a code 4.

If you want to verify the igniter, O'Reillys can test the ICM. You should be able to pick up an ICM at a junkyard for much less than a new one.

 

Sorry about not posting what I did to solve it. I ended up just buying a reman distributor for 140 from Napa. Took ten minutes and she started right up. Thanks for all the help pahonda!
